Alizeh has over twenty years of experience across the MENA region, advising family conglomerates, multinational corporations, and FMCG giants on corporate-commercial, employment, compliance, governance, and intellectual property matters.

Alizeh has led cross-jurisdictional mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; provided strategic guidance on enterprise risk management, corporate restructuring and legal/regulatory matters impacting governance and business operations.

Alizeh is a specialist in commercial transactions including franchising, distribution, commercial agency, retail, licensing and consignment. She has successfully franchised and expanded international brands in sectors including fashion, sports retail, electronics, health and wellness, F&B, and hospitality. Her work has contributed to regional IPO-readiness strategies and multinational brand expansion.

Alizeh is the recipient of The Leonie Awards in Singapore for the ‘Top 10 Inspirational Women Leaders’ category and Lex Falcon Award in Dubai for ‘Impactful Contributions to the Legal Industry’. She is a frequent speaker at conferences including UNHCR’s IIF Mena Conference; Arab Women in Leadership and Business; Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky and Global Legal Confex. Her op-eds have been published in The Washington Post, Newsweek, Gulf News and more.

Alizeh was called to the Bar in the year 2000 and is a member In recognition of her contributions to the legal industry, Alizeh has received the Lex Falcon Award in Dubai and was honoured at the Leonie Awards in Singapore as one of the “Top 10 Inspirational Women Leaders.” In 2013, she was also nominated to the Parliament of Pakistan on a women’s reserved seat for her commitment to social justice, inclusion, and diversity.
