Areeba is an associate at MAR Law UAE. Prior to joining, she worked in a prestigious law firm in Pakistan mainly on project finance matters in the Energy and Power sector. She has experience representing consortiums of international and local financial institutions in renewable energy projects.
She is in receipt of two prestigious scholarships to study LLM at University College London (UCL).
Areeba is an experienced mooter, participating in 8th Henry Dunant IHL Moot Court Competition (won best Memorial Award) and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition where she was invited back as a judge in 2019.
She has authored two published articles, one in Courting the Law and another in a well subscribed Pakistani newspaper. She regularly volunteers at The Citizens Foundation.
She likes yoga and interior designing.
She speaks English and Urdu.
