Ms Faisal earned her initial bachelor's degree in interior architecture from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, subsequently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of London. She is licensed by the Sindh Bar Council to practice as an Advocate in the Subordinate or Lower Courts of Pakistan.

Her legal expertise encompasses a variety of sectors, and she has effectively provided counsel to clients in areas such as Contract Law, Tax Law, Family Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Property Law, Labour Law, and Arbitration.

Ms Faisal has independently prepared numerous and assisted senior counsel and Partners on various constitutional petitions, leave for appeals, civil suits, and applications for the Supreme Court of Pakistan, as well as for the High Courts of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Balochistan, in addition to the District and Subordinate courts of Karachi.

In addition to the aforementioned tasks, she has drafted various agreements, legal notices, legal opinions, and Memorandums of Advice for a diverse clientele.

Her clients have included notable organizations such as Patel Hospital, Pioneer Cables, Changyi Kangie Engineering and Sanitation Company, and PTCL, particularly concerning local labour laws.

Among her recent accomplishments, Ms Faisal has independently conducted research and drafted a scheme of arrangement, a Competition Commission Application, and a Master Agreement for a prominent group of companies in Pakistan.
