Mr. Khan is a legal consultant at MAR Law. He has experience across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular exposure to litigation, arbitration, legal drafting, legal research and case preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khan worked as a Paralegal at Armstrong & Co Solicitors, where he drafted wills, deeds and deeds of variation, assisted on probate matters including correspondence with HMRC and the Probate Registry, and supported work on personal injury claims and property disputes. He also managed client and third-party correspondence and assisted fee earners with drafting, file progression and case management across a range of matters.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan worked with AJURIS Advocates & Corporate Counsel, S.M. Masud & Associates and Fazleghani Advocates. In these roles, he assisted in matters before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the High Courts, subordinate courts and arbitral tribunals, and worked on drafting writ petitions, facts sheets, reliance lists and other litigation materials. His work also included legal research and analysis across constitutional, civil, corporate and regulatory matters.
Mr. Khan holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London. He is fluent in English and Urdu.
